Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We only accept payment through PayPal.



Q. How long does it take for an order to be processed and dispatch?
A. All orders are processed, picked, packed and dispatch within 24 hours.

Q.  How much will delivery cost me?
A. We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia-wide on orders over $99.

For orders less than $99 we charge a flat rate postage and handling fee with the following options:

  • Standard Delivery $4.95* including postage and handling.
    *Limited time only until 30th September 2017.
  • Express Delivery $19.95 including postage and handling.

Q. How long will it take for my order take to arrive?
A: Your order should arrive to you within 3-5 business working days for standard post.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Please refer to our delivery page for estimated delivery time.

Q. Where are your goods dispatched from?
A. We are based in Sydney and all goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.


Cancellation & Returns

Q. I've placed an order would like to cancel what can I do?
A. You must notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@automartaustralia.com.au and attached a copy of your receipt or details of your order.

We will then guide you through our process.

If you wish to cancel your order:

Before despatch - you must notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@automartaustralia.com.au and attached a copy of your receipt.

If goods have already been dispatched - You must return them within 14 working days of from purchase date.


Q. What are you conditions for return?
A. To return/exchange an item, please check that:

• Goods are in saleable condition
• Goods are unopen and unused with original original package sent
• You have retained a copy of your Tax Invoice

Q. Who pays for shipping fees when I want to return an item.
A. For items that have been delivered with our "FREE STANDARD DELIVERY" there will be a return a charge of $19.95 to cover our postage and handling cost. That is any order over $99 will be refunded the amount you paid less $19.95.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost shipping you paid for at time of ordering will be deducted from your refund.
